My daughter wore this to her first swim meet and the star print got so many compliments from the other moms. The boyshort bottoms actually cover her properly when she's climbing out of the pool, which was my main worry. She refuses to wear any of her other suits now.

The halter ties actually stay put, which is rare for a kids' suit. My 7-year-old wore it for a full day of swimming and the star print didn't fade or peel at all.

My daughter refused to take this off after the pool — the halter tie stays put even when she's cannonballing, and the boyshorts give her full coverage to run around without adjusting. The black base with those shiny stars is somehow both classy and flashy for a 7-year-old.
