kids can find even the most comfortable clothes too restrictive. just in case a simple sweatshirt is somehow too oppressive for them, we took a classic heather grey top & slit it all the way up the side seams. ahhh, sweet freedom, say the boys & girls. yet they love the super snug feel of the thumb sleeves at the cuffs. they’re right, we don’t understand.

My kindergartener finally stops complaining about wearing a sweatshirt thanks to these side slits. The heather grey color is versatile and the open sides give him so much more freedom to move. It’s the only top he’ll willingly put on now.
