These are the softest terry cotton pants I've owned — they felt broken-in straight out of the wash, no stiffness at all. The elastic waistband with the drawstring actually stays put, so I can wear them all day without hiking them up.

The drop-crotch is roomy without looking sloppy, which is hard to pull off in baggy pants. I've washed them three times already and the French terry hasn't pilled or lost its shape. The drawstring waist actually stays tied, too.

The pre-washing is the real selling point—they feel like pants I've owned for years the second I put them on. The elastic waistband and drawstring keep them comfy all day without any digging, and the pockets actually hold my phone without bulging.
